Data controller
The controller of personal data is the owner of the website dedicated to Ivo Lombardi, who can be reached through the form on the Contact page, which you can also use for any request about your data.
Cookies
This website does not use cookies, either its own or third-party ones, and it does not use profiling or statistical analytics tools. For this reason no consent banner is shown. Fonts are hosted directly on the website and are not loaded from external services. There are no embedded maps, videos or social network buttons that could set cookies.
If tools using cookies or similar technologies are added in the future, this policy will be updated and, where required by law, your consent will be requested before they are activated.
The website stores only your language preference in your browser (localStorage), without cookies or tracking. You can delete it at any time from your browser settings.
Data collected while browsing
The website is hosted on the network of Cloudflare, Inc. (San Francisco, USA). Like any hosting service, Cloudflare may log technical connection data for short periods, such as IP address, date and time of the request, requested page and browser type. This data is used only to run the website, keep it secure and prevent abuse, and is not used to identify visitors. Transfers to the United States take place on the basis of the safeguards provided by Regulation (EU) 2016/679, such as standard contractual clauses or the Data Privacy Framework. For details, please see Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Messages sent from the website
When you send a message through the form on the Contact page, your name, email address and message are passed through the website to an email forwarding service (FormSubmit) and delivered to the owner's mailbox. They are not stored on the website. We will use this data only to reply. The legal basis is your request (Art. 6(1)(b) of the Regulation). We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle the request and in any case no longer than 24 months, unless required by law. Data is not disclosed or passed on to third parties for other purposes.
Your rights
You may at any time request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability, and you may object to processing (Arts. 15–22 of the Regulation), by writing through the form on the Contact page. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
